AccessAbility Careers Hub panel discussion and expo - ON HOLD
The event provides students living with disability the experience of inclusion by connecting with organisations that are interested in their abilities and the things they can contribute to the workplace. Organisations can participate in one or both parts of the day's activities:
- Panel discussion
Government and industry representatives share information about inclusive initiatives such as mentoring programs and accessibility communities. The aim is to shed light on inclusion issues and for students to see that inclusion strategy as a natural element in workforce management. The discussion will be moderated and the audience of employers and students will have opportunities to put questions to the panel.
Demonstrate your Organisation's interest in disability recruitment and share information about any of the following: inclusive recruitment processes, employability development opportunities (mentoring, internships, job shadowing, not-for-profit volunteering) and job opportunities. There will be a table and chairs, room for a pull-up banner and your staff.
