Current Students
Please use your Student ID or Staff SIMS ID and password to login. If you can't access Swinburne systems, contact the IT Service Desk
Students who are also staff members
For booking appointments and participating in programs as a student, make sure you login as a Current Student and not with your Staff SIMS ID and password.
Graduates
If you have completed a course at Swinburne, you have lifetime access to some components of SwinEmploy but your Swinburne username and password will expire soon after you finish. Two weeks after you complete your course, create a new password for ongoing access:
- Click "Graduate".
- When you see the username and password fields click on "Reset your password".
- Under the "CareerHub Username or Student Number" heading enter your student number (e.g. 123456789) and the email you set as your alternative email in your Swinburne student record (e.g. swinny@gmail.com).
- If you have entered both fields correctly you will receive a password reset email to your alternate email address.
- NOTE: if you no longer have access to the email address you had set, then you will need to click on the link "Forgotten your details" and complete the form. You will need to wait for a SwinEmploy administrator to check your details and create a new password for you.
SAJC Clients
We are currently making changes to the way we connect with our clients and as a result this interface will no longer be available. The Swinburne Skills and Jobs Centre is still offering a full range of services to our local community. Please contact us directly by email at swinburnehub@swin.edu.au or visit http://www.swinburne.edu.au/swinburnehub.
Staff Members
Please use your Staff SIMS ID and password to login. For the first time accessing SwinEmploy, you will be prompted to set up your profile settings so you can see and access what current students can in the system. If you are having difficulties accessing SwinEmploy please follow the 'Still having issues?' section below.
Still having issues?
Please take a screenshot and send a description of the issue using an email address matching your SwinEmploy account (student email, staff email or for graduates and SAJC clients the personal email you registered with) to careers@swin.edu.au.
